4.Export Customs Declaration Documents: This includes the invoice, packing list, customs declaration entrustment form, and export customs declaration form.

Properly organize the above documents, declare the goods to the maritime bureau, and submit the cargo declaration form and packing certificate to the shipping company (or its agent) for ship declaration.
